JWTS is the result of many years of observation of tennis tournaments for young players, the analysis of these and the corresponding conclusions. JWTS believes that every young player should have the chance to compete with players at an international level at an early stage in order to gain the experience necessary to achieve the goal of becoming a tennis professional as quickly as possible without major detours. The usual route to this usually takes many years and involves countless qualifications and regulations from national tennis associations, and even if the talent is sufficient, many players give up early because of these many obstacles.
JWTS serves the players and their coaches, and even their parents, not officials or associations. This is now also perceived by many players and coaches on the ATP and WTA Tour, who welcome the JWTS mode and support the series. Many international tennis academies see the advantages of the series, not only for their players, but also for their coaches and their work. That is why they get involved as tournament organizers and promoters. The chance to compete internationally without having to meet any requirements also helps the young players to develop more quickly into their personalities, not least because they get to know players from all over the world. In addition to the important experience, the series format provides high training effects and great satisfaction for the players over fully-filled tournament days.
