Central Asia Series - Tashkent 1

Last week was played the first tournament of the "JWTS Central Asia Series" in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The best players from Uzbekistan and from neighboring countries took part. In addition to points for the world ranking, Uzbek players also receive points for the national ranking. All tournaments in the series are qualifying tournaments for the Masters at the end of the year. More than 70 players was part in this tournament.

The tournament was organized by the Uzbekistan Tennis Federation.

JWTS would like to thank UTF and the organizing team for hosting the tournament. They all did a very good job.

Next week is the second tournament in Tashkent.
